For the relaunch of Conversa Health's online presence, we created a new message-led concept and design for a cleaner, fresher look.  With fluid and easy to navigate sections, our responsive design presents a simple framefork for the content, which is firmly health-care focused and inspired by the brands tagline, "Better Conversation, Better Care."

Background

Former Healthline CEO, West Shell III, decided to launch a digital patient engagement startup that helps doctors manage their relationships with their patients via a cloud-based digital care platform.  A young startup, Conversa was pilot testing its conversation engine and looking to solidify its online voice and its position within the industry as the "gold standard" in the automated patient relationship management marketspace. 

Objective

To simplify their concept via message-led designs and bring to life the power of their conversation automation software online.  Our goal was to give them the ability to easily explain their somewhat "complex" concept to the lay as well as industry professionals.

Solution

We began by extracting the essence of their platform, "the conversation" and worked to bring it to life onscreen.  Following numerous white-board meetings and concept designs, we worked together to bring their detailed, intricate and awesome software down to the basics.  Where having a PhD wasn't required!  To do this, we created a promo video as well as an animation that focused on their client personas.  (see below).  We also created a responsive and visual portal www.conversahealth.com that incorporated a minimalistic and artistic, yet educational and inspirational access point.. so that anyone, CEO's, doctors, patients and the like... could easily go to find out more about their product and its attributes. 

Results

Conversa's utilization of their online portal has proved very successful.  It continues to conveys their message, mission and product to the masses while keeping you informed and connected.  As one of their goals with the redesign was to use the portal to convey their product, raise awareness and grow the company, we are happy to report that they recently secured $8M in Series A funding from Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare system with 22 hospitals and a nationally-recognized innovater in the area of delivering world-class patient centric care.  Additionally, Epic Ventures, Healthgrades, and current investors also contributed to the round of funding.
